Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policy
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn
or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of

send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or
plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods
(such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for damage product. At the time of
delivery customer has to check the outer packing as in intact condition. If found any damage or
open, mention the comment on POD copy so that it can be verified. Any kind of issue is to be
reported to us on the same day of receiving the product. Damage or defect reported later will
not be accepted and no return / refund will be done. Please get in touch if you have questions
or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once the issue is reported , our team will contact and ask for various detail and depending on
the reports we will be informing about the exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund
was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment
method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.
Once the order is received, we will process the order and the product from our warehouse to the delivery address which is provided by the buyer. Proper address with contact number is required to deliver the product on time. The product will get delivered within 4-20 days depending on the location and other factors which may impact delivery at your destination. Location like Northeastern State,J&K it might take more time.
Cancellation and Refund
Buyer can cancel the order before the Shipment is done. He will get Full refund. If the order is cancelled after the shipment, shipping charges will be deducted. The charges depend on the product size and value. We will inform buyer through mail.
If the order is cancelled from simplyshopping for reason what so ever, you will get the Full refund.
